Work Study Program
Being a part of work-study involves working a total of six hours a week in exchange for unlimited classes at Visceral. Participants are required to take a minimum of 12 classes a month. Great customer service skills are a must, as well as a passion for dance and personal growth as an artist. General duties include being trained on Mind Body, a program used to check in students and accept payment, as well as answering phones, maintaining and cleaning the facility and other miscellaneous projects. Cleaning duties may require late hours of work. This position requires proficiency in English, previous cash handling experience, the ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment, a friendly demeanor and close attention to detail. Visceral is known for its positive atmosphere and range of classes and styles that we hope to continue with a supportive and knowledgeable work-study team. Scholarship Programs

The VDC adv/pro scholarship program is designed for advanced dancers working towards a professional career. Dancers are required to take 11 classes a week in ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary. 

The VDC intermediate level scholarship program is designed for intermediate level dancers looking to improve their technique. Dancers are required to take 8 classes a week in ballet, modern, jazz and contemporary.

Must be 17 years or older to apply and have a passion towards growing as a dancer. Limited weekly dues, complete this financially assisted program. Please contact Kelsey Hays-Lenihan at khayslenihan@visceraldance.com  for more information or to set up an audition.
