The principal focus of the Company has been commercial and residential real estate; however, the Company has also been involved in the Marine industry and franchised restaurants.

Lewis Property Investors, Inc. the Company’s real estate affiliate, has been an active developer, investor, and manager of commercial and residential real estate projects for over twenty five years.

LPI Restaurant Group, The Company’s food services affiliate, has owned and managed T.G.I.Friday's ™ and Dunkin Donuts™ stores for over 20 years and has also developed and managed a Diner Concept during this same period.  

In 2005, The Company's principals acquired Broward Marine, a Mega-Yacht Builder & Repair Yard which it managed and owned with two other investors until 2010.
