Caitlin Cucchiara

 

Caitlin, born and raised in Rochester, New York, first began her dance training at the age of two and has been consistently studying all forms of dance since. She is a 2011 Magna Cum Laude graduate from Point Park University where she earned a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Jazz concentration. While studying at Point Park University, she performed works by Ahmad Simmons, Angela Dice, Doug Varone, Kassandra Taylor, Nicholas Petrov, Ronald Tassone and more. Upon Graduation, Caitlin joined Thodos Dance Chicago where she had the opportunity to perform works by Ann Reinking, Brian Enos, KT Nelson and Melissa Thodos.

 

Caitlin has appeared in Dance Chance and Dance Chance Redux as well as performed works by A.W.A.R.D. show winner Jessica Miller Tomlinson. Caitlin traveled to Edinburgh, Scotland where she performed in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival under the direction of Jessica Miller Tomlinson and Thodos Dance Chicago.

 

Caitlin is thrilled to begin her second season with Visceral Dance Chicago and continue her education in the artistry of dance.
