Since 2009 Pappa Charlies has competed along the I-10 corridor from California to Alabama and as far north as St Louis. We've cooked in multiple sanctioning bodies to include KCBS, IBCA and FBA.
 
Currently cooking on the newest Jamie Geer Pit, the Baby J, the team has made lots of friends and memories along the way while continuing to search for that elusive first GC."
