Who Are We?
Glaze ATX is a micro-bakery run out of my kitchen in South Austin, offering small-batch, handmade pastries, pies, and special occasion cakes. I’m Kristy and I’m the baker. I learned to cook at a very young age with my grandma in the North of Mexico, and bring those flavors to everything I bake.

I have been always passionate about baking. I started baking when I was a kid with my aunts and grandmother, and I have not stopped ever since.
After 15 years working as an elementary school teacher, I thought it was finally time for me to follow my dream. That's why I have started Glaze ATX.

I sell authentic and creative Mexican-inspired baked goods, with artisanal and locally sourced ingredients. I use generations-old recipes handed down from the 1800s and bring them to life using the best ingredients - you have to try them to see what I mean.
